Avondale Audio Returns Policy

All our "off the shelf" products come with a 'No Quibble, 30-day Money Back' guarantee

Complete satisfaction guaranteed. We keep it simple.

If you find that for any reason, the item is not for you - then return it in the condition it was supplied for a full refund - we couldn't make it simpler or more effective (although regretfully, for obvious reasons, we cannot accept PCBs for credit once soldered).

Manufacturers titles, descriptions, product names etc. are used herein for reference purposes only and do not imply endorsement. Important Notice #1: Deposits Policy

We have to take the precaution of asking for a 50% deposit for orders of custom built equipment. Please note that the above does not apply to our stock items.

If you have any idea that you're going to be imprisoned, made redundant, be called up for a Mars mission, develop a contagious disease in the near future or suffer any setback which prevents you taking delivery, the advice is simple - PLEASE DON'T PLACE THE ORDER..!!

Mandatory Product Compliance

ALL OUR PRODUCTS are subjected to stringent 'in house' tests at the design and the manufacturing stages. They are then critically examined by approved outside agencies whereupon they are certified to comply with current - European EMC and Product Safety Legislation

Important Notice #2: The DOWNSIDE..!!

Sadly, there is no way to speed up the work we do unless someone invents a time expansion machine..!! Avondale Audio is a tiny company staffed by a vast army of as many as two enthusiastic engineers - Phew..!! However, low overheads mean your prices are much less than would otherwise be possible. Almost everything we sell, we have to make and test by hand. Because we provide a unique service in converting pedestrian audio equipment into sonic works of art at a small fraction of the cost of buying new, the popularity of our service has meant longer and longer lead times. Presently, we can accept work only on a first come, first served basis and the lead time to starting your project is currently 8 -10 weeks but hopefully soon to become shorter. What this means is that you have to book in your item and then wait for a date to send it to us. If you need a faster service or one which provides you with "off the shelf" mass produced items, we respectfully recommend you consult your favourite audio dealer. The wait with us may be painful but well worth your patience, we promise you. If you're the type who needs a 'Monkey' to field telephone calls every step of the way (which incidentally you would pay for) - sorry to disappoint - we don't employ one (no licence). When contacting Avondale, you do at least get to speak to the 'Organ Grinder' and, if your enquiry is a lengthy one, you will be invited to call during a quiet evening or weekend period to allow proper attention to be given to your questions - just ask if the mega sized firms offer this personal service..!! Having said, our construction modules and parts are usually available from stock
