Secure Online Ordering
You can order most of our products online. We use the Google Checkout order and payment processing system, a safe, secure and convenient way for you to make payment.
When ordering online, please note that we only take payment shortly before we despatch your order.
At the time you order online, your payment (credit or debit) card is AUTHORISED for payment. Actual payment is made shortly before we despatch your order.
Order via email
If you prefer, or for orders that cannot be placed directly online, you can tell us what you want to order using the 'Contact' form on the website.
We will email you a request to confirm your order via Google Checkout, with actual payment being taken shortly before despatch.
This method is suited for ordering more than one item at a time, and for custom products.
By telephone
You can place an order over the telephone, although we do ask you to confirm with name and address details, via email, afterwards.
We also accept payment over the telephone, and accept most major credit and debit cards.
American Express cards
We can accept payment by American Express card when ordering via email or telephone, but not for online orders.
PayPal
We do not accept payment via PayPal.
Payment by bank transfer
We accept payment by this method.
Business Orders
We do not extend credit terms without prior arrangement.
For shipments (eg. an equipment upgrade, refurbishment or repair) from outside of the UK

Order Lead times
Most of our products are built to order, according to individual specifications. We also usually have a waiting list for many of our products. Typically, orders are fulfilled with 6 to 8 weeks.
Orders for cables usually take less than one week.
Please ask if you want a lead time on a specific product.
