Please include both the ordering and shipping address details (if different), and let us know your preferred method of payment. We will check it and write back to you with estimated delivery dates (where products are non-stock, or for an upgrade or service). Where exact delivery costs and timescales are unknown, we will also check and confirm these with you.

Many of our products are sold including delivery and insurance costs, within the UK; but for deliveries outside the UK, and for orders that include heavy equipment, we need to check that the correct shipping costs are confirmed and agreed prior to accepting your order.

Businesses placing orders with us may email a copy of their official purchase order, with an option to send the original by mail as well. We do not extend credit terms without prior arrangement.

We accept payment by all major credit cards, payment by bank transfer and PayPal. Note that we will shortly implement an online ordering and payment gateway using secure systems for most of our standard products. Due to the nature of our work, for example repairs, we will also maintain the above ordering process.
